I vividly remember being on a Dodge showroom floor as a child admiring the original. I was probably about 5.

This just isn't the same.

I like the rims and hood. I think they needed to craft an actual step side bed and put the wood look to it and the same for the tailgate. Also those semi stacks should go all the way down the side just like the original. Throw on some spot lights and maybe the word DODGE on the hood in a decal or something. And how about the mirrors and door handles, chrome them. Oh! And ditch the Ram emblems and work the grill so it has that old school look. Might not be Lil after that, but at least it would look a hell of a lot closer.

Seriously, that exhaust has already been done to a earlier generation late 90's Ram - complete with "Lambo doors". Saw it at one of the local cruise nights.
