Das American Auto?
Das American Auto?
I love American car culture (to include rat rods) and I own a BMW. The Germans like American car culture and they try their damnedest to own American cars. This is an odd position I'm in.

Funny that the people in Germany see our car culture for what it should be and here, we are a cast out subculture. I liked that they point out the most important part of our car culture, the emotion. Auto sports here are as much fun as they are technical. It's kind of like comparing Brazilian football to English football. Yeah, I know, bad comparison, whatever.

Being from Europe, people there usually love American classic cars.
However, the situation is completely different with new cars. No surprise there since in Europe Chevy is actually a Daewoo and Dodge was selling crap like Caliber and Avenger.
