I think I could do better too. Save the cost of the Veyron and that could've been used for other details!

You didn't watch the entire video. That covers one car.

No I did watch! And listen.

It's $2m for the garage without any cars!

He says and I paraphrase when asked that he spent about $2m and the guy asks without te cars and he laughs and says without the cars.

At a different point he says the Cuda is worth about $2m.

I enjoyed the garage, but the allure of the video was the cars. I have a two car garage so anything bigger excites me. My neighbor added a detached two car garage with a loft in addition to his two car attached. I'd like to do that in the future so I could get a classic mustang. To see all those cars in the video with the turntable in the center, the touch screen computer monitors, and the soft walls, well, it was awesome. The beauty of it was that he accomplished his vision while we are all left with a dream.

Hey it's awesome. I was just being honest. From a man like Mr. Jackson I expected something a little more stunning architecturally.

But to me it looks like a bunker. And where's the big screen and sound system. And while I appreciate the lighting id have liked to have seen a display of its capabilities better. Also while I'm thankful he didn't use lifts in the display area of te garage the cars themselves would be difficult to see. They are wedged in there. I want to see the cars profiles. Multi level in some sort of way would have been nice and some glass walls so you could enjoy the outside of the valley of the sun as much from the inside.
FWIW

He talked about his process when considering lighting so that's probably why he limited the windows. Security could have been part of the equation as well, but you're right, windows eliminate that cavelike feel. I lived in a townhouse and missed the side windows. The multi level aspect can be interesting. My buddy who coaches football drove a kid home one day and told me the kid's dad has a garage with hydraulics where two cars rotate up from below the main level. I saw this pic on here a while back and was impressed with the multi-level idea in a residential garage.
