Does anybody know if this is good stuff. I have heard this oil is another true base IV fully synthetic oil. Does anyone know if that is actually true. Wal Mart sells a 5 qt bottle of Castrol Titanium for $30.00. 1qt sells for $8.43. This is the same price for the Mobil 1 Extended Performance. I've been told the motor oils with any gold cap is true synthetic oil. Any thoughts on Castrol Titanium?

 

I'm not sure on the castrol. I use M1 EP in my toys and M1 in the DDs although I have used penzoil ultra. A great site for oil and other stuff is bob is the oil guy if you didn't know about the site already.

IMHO there isn't a ton of info on the "titanuim" oils I could find. I do know that mobil 1 EP has great UOA results from alot of threads I have read and holds its own on extended drains so I would not have a problem recommened it if an EP oil is what you are looking for . I would aslo recommend penzoil ultra.

 

The titanium is a amped up version of syntec edge, so if you liked edge, you'll love this stuff
