Sounds like snake oil to me, I'd submit it to MythBusters but they already did a episode on this sorta thing. All the products they tried made the milage worse.

"We will be selling our new Map/Maf adjuster unit. It will allow you to have full control of your fuel ratios. Allowing you to see up to 85% better MPG with the flip of a switch. It will connect with only 2 wires. It will be a single **** adjustment on your dash. You turn on the switch adjust your ratio to best MPG. Then if your in Hilly conditions or pulling a trailer and need more power you just flip the switch to put your vehicle back to stock! If you also add the Hydro Super 2 and O2 extenders you can see 100% or more MPG better!! This will work on all fuel injected gas vehicles!"

I'd be really weary of this sort of thing because it looks like all it does is adjust your air/fuel ratio to make your engine run lean, which I know is dangerous. You have to be careful with A/F ratios. Thats why reputable dyno tuners very carefully adjust for optimal A/F ratio instead of what just makes the most power.

You cannot get something from nothing! There is no perpetual motion machine, and there is no additive that will magically improve your fuel mileage. Even the (more power/better mileage) propane injection systems (used mostly on trucks) are simply substituting propane for gasoline. Nothing magic, by the time you buy & install the system, mount the propane tank and pay for the propane, you are actually losing money/economy.

The best thing you can do to improve the mileage you get from your current car is to drive it like the gas & brake pedals are made of very thin glass, and you don’t want them to break them.

I just took my 500 Horsepower GT500 on a quick trip to the coast through the mountains and back and got 21.5 MPG by driving it relatively easy, I’m real happy with that. I know I could see even better, if I kept my foot out of it…

Imagine the surprise of the Ford dealer's mechanic who replaces the engine and takes the car out for a test dirve with the additive still in the tank.

If it's the HHO bs, it supposedly strips the hydrogen atoms from the oxygen atom, burns the 2 hydrogen and 1 oxygen atoms then recombines it into water. so if the process is able to split and then recombine AND give off more energy than it took for the process, it defies the laws of physics and is therefor
