SS: 0-60 in 4.9s, 1/4 in 13.4s @108 stick
Can that be correct?

A Bullitt is very close to that. Same 0-60 time, and one person I know of has actually done better than 13.4 1/4.

Edmunds must be wrong?

Quite possibly. Here's a quote:

They are just quoting the prelim numbers that GM is saying...

They are sandbagging with those numbers.
High 12s..count on it
