Best way to destroy a nut?

Well I have a nut stuck on a exhast manifold stud. This is not on my 08 GT, it's on a Honda Challange race car I own..I need to take of my header to re-wrap it and I cannot get the LAST bolt off. I tried everything from PB Blaster (which works great) to a torch...nothing works!

I've started to chisel the nut off, and really don't care about destroying the stud (I have plenty extra). Anyone have any suggestions on extraction?

I know this isn't related to 05-09 Mustangs AT ALL, but I knew I would get the immediately/resourceful help here.

Thanks,
Brandon

What now? Let me tell you what now. You need to go to work on the homes there with a pair of pliers and a blow torch. You hear me talkin'? You ain't through with that bolt by a **** sight. You need to get medieval on it's ***.

Pulp Fiction, love that movie!

But, yeah, blow torch.

can you get a pair of vice grips on it? Can you get to it with a grinder or possibly drill it out?

I hacked up the nut so bad with a chisel that vice grips probably won't work at this point.

One of these used to work well for me.
Always provided you can get it over the nut.

And that, ladies and gents- is the true definition of "instant classic" on the video screen.

Hahaha yeah, well physically I don't think I'll be able to get it on the nut. Half of the nut is still on there and won't come off! It's mostly the end of the nut...

I keep seeing this thread and thinking it should have been named "Best way to bust a nut". Sorry I don't have anything more productive to add.
