Auto shift knobs?

Anyone know where I can find shift ***** for auto trannys, which come with an overdrive button? All the ones I find only have one button.. Or is there an easy way to relocate the O/D button somewhere else?

What kind of car would it be? It depends on the tranny...
It wouldn't be that hard to fabricate one on the stock ****
