Transmission is the only thing worrying me.. when the car is cold it don't want to shift.... Once its warm it shift ok. But lags between shifts.. shifts nice and firm though.
How many miles?
When is the last time it had a timing belt put in it?
I always put a new one in about 80000-100000. Saved me a head more then once I'd say

I would take the Prelude to the mechanic to check everything.

I just am not too familiar with hondas and how their transmissions are controled. I know the tranny is ok. Might have a 3rd gear shift soleniod going out. But nothing I can't handle
