2014 Jaguar F-Type is a BEAST!

http://carsandcoffeetalk.blogspot.co...s-it-your.html

After reading my latest blog about the 2014 Jaguar F-Type, you might just have to own one! Seriously I'm considering it I've never heard anything like the exhaust note on this thing!

Thanks, Joe

I have liked those cars when the new body style came out.
That car is pretty beastly indeed. It does sound great, looks great and is pretty quick as well.
Here is a great review of the car,

That ain't your grandpa's Jag...

Sounds like they stole Mustang's aftermarket exhaust note. I assume its a 180 crank like most Euro's, so that's quite a feat. Sounds awesome!

I mentioned in another thread that I saw a quick vid of one driving off and thought it sounded like a Mustang.

I hate when they hide the engine with that plastic engine cover crap. What is it a dang Dodge??

Definitely heard the OHCams and multi-valves a-whirring!

Sounds very similar to a GT500KR.

As roadsters go I think this now takes place as my favorite over the BMW Z8.

I'm beginning to be infatuated with this car. It's great looking and sounding.

I don't get stuff like this for my blog. I'm considering doing reviews of Hotwheels cars. That's not a half bad idea actually! I'm just having fun anyway.

The F-Type V8 S starts at $92,000.....

There's a similar car you can find used at a much lower price

Just saying...Aston Martin V8 Vantage> F-Type Jag

That may be so, but the cheapest Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster (which is what Jaguar F-Type is) is $137,000.

And, by the way, the cheapest V8 Vantage (even Coupe) is $122,700 ... about $30,000 more than the F-Type.

Saw/heard an F-Type recently at a cars and coffee thing, and Jag's got a winner, IMHO. It looks REALLY good, if not quite to E-Type levels of gorgeousness (but then, nothing does) and the exhaust note was a real shocker with a crackle that could split diamonds.

Buddy also brought his new (to him) Aston V8, which made for an interesting comparison. The Aston was perhaps even a touch better looking, if in a touch more classic/discreet way than the Jag, and had a pretty aggressive note to it as well.

There were also a 1-2 Aston Vantage V12s which I would take hands down (assuming winning Lotto ticket) because V12.

New yes, the Aston is more...but used! You can find ones with 4,000 miles for under $80K

Trust me
