Me too. It seems to be a little more masculine than the old New Beetle, but still way too feminine for my taste, and this coming from a guy who owns a Miata and a Mini Cooper

 

Their whole thing with this was that they needed to freshen up the Beatle after its originally classic look turned stale. Fair goal, but I think they messed up in a few key ways. The front end looks out of proportion to the sleeker roofline and wedge-ier stance. The looks like it's trying to be too anonymous, and the interior IS too anonymous.

 

i love the interior. looks INCREDIBLE for just a beetle. i also love the rear end and the small wing.

 

Looks great to me... A lot more masculine, less like a cartoon and a much more proper interior. The more upright windshield and flatter roof really work to make it look better. I am also glad to see the rear lamps morph into something different than expected.

 

I like it. Looks much more like the originals.

 

looks MUCH better imo. gives this otherwise cheesy car some attitude

 

love the taillights. much improved... less "cute"

 

I'd still rather have a Fiat 500.

 

Looks like it's trying to morph into a 911.

I hate tail-lights and interior is not retro enough.

Other than that ... A+.

 

Why can't you beleive it? It makes perfect sence. They are saying they want the loyalty the mustang has. I'd want that too if I was them. It's a valid statement and a sound thought process IMO.
