I have never seen a shifter in that position? It looks very very strange to me! I can't comment on anything else because its not on the tree and not on the floor what the heck do you call that, on the climate control?

Honda CR-V has it similar to that, and one of the old Civic SIs had a manual in a similar location

IMO, even mental ret- ah, mentally challenged people would be smart enough to not want to get caught being seen in that thing. Looks like Honda wanted to reinterpret the Azztek. Who knew they had a sense of humor?
