Interior is much nicer, but I miss the old, quirky exterior appearance. It was uniquely Element.

I had one in 2004, really liked it. They sure haven't changed it much since then!

The new exterior is very quirky too IMO.
(That's my nice way of stating my opinion.)

New? It's not that different from my '04. Wel, a little, but not that much!

we had a 2006 ex-p awd model for awhile. As quirky looking as teh interior is, its so friggin functional, its honestly impossible to describe untill youve spent any amount of time in it.

That one says 4WD on the back, are they chagning it up instead of being hte hydraulic activated AWD? Also my biggest complaint was the power, they could have put the accord v6 motor in it and been perfectly fine in my opinion.

We really need a smiley that yawns and pukes at the same time.

This is SO Honda. My wife has a 2003 CR-V. It is incredibly functional, incredibly practical, and incredibly boring - like every other Honda I've ever been in. (never been in an S-2000). So well built and never a mechanical problem with them though.

The S-2000 is the exception, which is why it's sad that the car's been largely ignored by Honda for nearly a decade. Small, underwhelming updates don't make a good car worse, but it is a real shame when you think what they could have been doing for this car. Seems like it's destined to live a life eerily similar to the Mark IV Supra: a good car that was left to rot until it was more liability than asset.

The S2000 is the only Honda I truly want to own someday. Good power, handling & braking and a really good looking machine. Even more fun than a Miata.
