I've actually always liked the SSR. I actually like that.

 

I like the SSR but it was to heavy. Now this one louvers on hood :notnice: Wheels :notnice: and way to much red on the interior but I like the hood scoop

There's just a tad too much red in the interior. I'd feel like a pimp driving that thing.

 

I like it too. I loved the interior in an all black one! I wouldn't buy one though.

A retro paint job for a retro designed model--it kind of works for me.
(But I'm still not much of an SSR fan.)

 

So, they want $40K+ for a half truck half "something" that is slower than a v6 mustang, and has a plastic bed that cant hold or carry anything?

Its crap, its an attept by GM to gain some of the retro fade and it is failing badly!

 

SSRs are THE worst thing $#*@% has come up with (other than the Aveo) in 5 years. I personally believe that it is all a push (Colorado, Aveo, Malibu Maxx, etc.) to compete with Chrysler's new model lineup. The S-10 had to go though. POS. It's different, that's what sells these days, Scion xB for example. If you build it they will come. I mean come on, a 55K "truck" with a 5.3 (305)? Get a friggin Silverado SS if that's your "style."

Whats up with y'all hatin on Chevy? They actually make good, quality cars believe it or not.

 

The development money they wasted on this POS, they could have used on a new Camaro and still managed to sell more than the SSR

 

Sure, if the Impala, Malibu, Aveo, Monte Carlo, and Cavalier are what you call good, quality cars.

The only car I was hatin' on, though, was the SSR. It is one fugly beast.
