From the description:
Obviously, these are knowledgeable sellers.
Go to Bugatti's web site, they say 4 turbo superchargers on there as well.

I think this is a little suspect to say the least. Look at the payment instructions
Payment will be organize after auction, and buyer pays shipping, and if the buyer doesn't like them he can return them but has to pay for the cost of the auction which is 30 dollars.
plus it seems like the seller has a sideline in CD players without wiring harnesses..........

Beuatiful car though

I just checked that out. I'm guessing Bugatti made a mistake--there's no such thing as a "turbo" supercharger. I suppose he could be referring to a centrifugal supercharger, which is essentially a belt-driven turbocharger. I also checked out the engine 360 view--they def. look like conventional turbos (that, or centri blowers minus belts). Maybe Bugatti created an entirely new forced induction hybrid, but I doubt it.

If I had the money to buy it I would drive it. If you have that much money, it wouldn't matter at all

a centrifugal blower is NOT a belt driven turbo. a turbo runs on exhaust gases, a supercharger compresses outside air and forces it through the motor. the turbo is completely and totally different.

Yes, the key difference between a centrifugal blower and a turbo is that the centri is spun by the crankshaft and the turbo by exhaust. However, "a centrifugal supercharger is basically the same type of pump as the compressor side of a turbocharger" So, no, they're not "completely and totally" different.
