So on my way to work this AM, and one of the intersections that I drive through was cut down to one lane for construction (still?!?!) - there was tons of equipment on site and a police officer directing traffic.

as i approach the intersection, trying to get over since my lane is ending, i notice the cop starting to walk over closer to where i'll be driving by. i'm starting to worry since i don't have a front plate - i'm saying to myself "ok don't make eye contact - just pretend like you're not doing anything wrong" (i get kind of worried about this since my boyfriend's previous car -'99 GT- didn't have a front plate and he got 3 tickets for it).

so anyways, i finally look up and he's walking over to my car as i slowly roll past with the HUGEST smile on his face and giving me the most exuberant thumbs up ever. it was hilarious - it actually made me giggle to see how pumped he was about my car...

was a nice start to my morning...

Krissy, that is indeed very cool. More people respond to this car than any other I have owned, by far.

I never had people screaming at me saying "COOL CAR " ..!!" in any other car that I had owned this has happened to me a t least 6 times this year! And no matter where I go because ther are so few here it always draws a crowd .

 

Knowing my luck I woulda gotten a ticket...

Just don't ask him to hold your beer while you get your license out
