It looks like we have a new federal government. Should be official in under a couple hours.

I doubt this one will last 2 years....

 

Im hoping for 2 and a half, then I can actually vote.

That's the problem with a minority government. I have a feeling in less than 2 years they will want us to go to the polls again. I haven't gone to the polls this often since I turned 19 and my friends wanted to go to the strip club.

 

I wish we had strip clubs here. I remember turning 18, and driving into Manitoba to the clubs. (I lived in a small town 30 mins from the border.) Ah, memories.

 

The federal government is a "strip club." They strip you of your cash.

 

Ya, and give you useless things like roads and healthcare.

 

Ohh but did someone say he'd take away GST and then most likely give it a new name and make it 18 % he shoulda stayed in bed with Belinda , I hope though that it works out better than LIb's stealing the cash ?

 

If the GST was raised to 18%, I wouldn't buy anything in Canada that wasn't an absolute necessity ever again! Heck, I'd buy my groceries on eBay to avoid paying that! [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsdown.gif[/img]
