Like the title says, 2 months and 1 week after it was built it has arrived at the ramp.

The delays were killing me, but the next few are going to be the toughest of the bunch. Should be here friday or monday they tell me.

I'll post pics if I can figure out how to get the pictures off the wife's digital camera.

Really? Thats all you have to do? I was under the assumption I had to install a bunch of software and stuff.

Thanks!

Gotta love plug-in-play. This is assuming the camera is relatively new (last few years).

As promised....

And the digital camera worked exactly as you guys said it would. Thanks.

I'm just uploading 1 for now, as I am out in the boonies where I bought the car, and there is no high speed internet. I am doing this on the 1x on my cell phone.

Yep. I was waiting for someone to see that.
They have a new one on order. He doesn't know a time frame yet, though.

The funny thing is, it sat for over a month in a quality control hold. Who ever was doing the quality control must have been completly blind. I wish I had remembered to take a picture of the "Quality is Job 1" sticker on the side window before I got rid of it.

that is seriously messed up. if i were you, i'd get on the horn and wail a bit to Ford, see what they have to say for themselves. If the car has arrived quickly after being built, that's one thing. but to being made to wait all that time and end up with that, that's CRAP!

anyways, at least you have your car, and it's not the drivers seat that's wrong...

cheers!

Kris,

it could have been worse,

they could have installed the V6 engine in by accident

A couple of bolts and you will be back in business, try and get a few free oil changes out of it for the hassle

I am going to go check that now. That is really messed up.
Which dealer did you buy yours from. The dealer I bought mine from, is a small town dealer, who is actually a sub dealer for the dealership in Swan River.

Got mine from Cam Clark ford in Winnipeg with a one time only deal through my work .Lots of pictures and regional rep was involved ,they gave me the lower back seat out of one of their GT's and took it out of service .That GT sat there for one month before the new seat showed up before they could sell it .

And my car was built on a Wensday  must be new employee's on the passenger side

I don't know how the plant works, but I bet the seats are delivered on a sequenced line or an AGV.

In either case, i'll bet the passenger side seat was out of sequence.
