I thought you might like to see this Mustang that was donated by Cam Clark Ford in Winnipeg Manitoba for a charity drive for a day .All the decals were donated to Trim Line and so was the time to install them .After the drive everything will be removed and the car returns to the lot .I thought it was a very cool thing everyone chipping in like this ...it's too bad it all has to be removed the car looks awsome.

My understanding Dan is that the 2 R.C.M.P officers that set this up and saw it finnished thought that it was so hot that they told everyone back at the office and almost the entire detachment came down to see this .The event I think it is a run for cancer and its on this weekend after that the car gets cleaned off and goe's back to the lot .
For your info the R.C.M.P. back in 1984 used to have intercepter mustangs on the highways here and were painted a royal blue color .

 

I recall in about 1988 1989 before I moved to BC RCMP had some sort of high out put Mustangs and they used to hide behind all our highway gear and tag speeders ? I seen one const blow up his engine cause it was too much for him to handle ? That's Regina for you Home Of The RCMP.

 

Up until just last year, they had a few Camaros they used for highway patrol on the #1 and #11. Ive got family in the RCMP who have told me that those cars are no longer in general use anymore. I wonder if the 05 Mustang would be a good fit for them?

 

I don't know if they would be a good fit for them but they would make great intercepter patrol cars and if I was going to get a ticket in my Mustang I would like it to be from another Mustang

Now there is a good question as all there units have the GPS tracker that does everthing is what I'll have installed when ever but some good friends of mine here is seeking an ok to let me go go go so as they can clock me as well the cruiser to see what they'd be up against . Now if this is to happen Heck yah I'm going to get some pictures of a sanctioned test speed. I'd be proud !
