02 mustang gt 5spd gears ?

Well I want to get some gears for my stang, I've heard that the best was 4.10 and you need a chip or speedcal, anyways you guys know any good place in ottawa to get the gears installed with chip or speedcal, and how much am I looking to spend also ??
