I recently moved to Arlington, VA, and I'm looking for a self-serve/coin-op car wash in the D.C. area. I really don't want to take my Stang through an automatic car wash. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I know of one in Manassas. I think it may be too far for you though.

Welcome - There is a large one in Dumfries, but that may be too far for you. There is a very small one on Route 1, just south of Fort Belvoir. It's at a gas station just past the Burger King. I'm not sure of anything closer to you, unless there is something further up Route 1 towards Alexandria. Good luck!
