For those of you willing to make the 3 hour trip each way to Richmond, the 21st Annual Mustang & Ford Show sounds like a winner. I went to the show in Leesburg last week and talked to some folks about this one, and they say it's well attended. The Central Virginia Mustang Club is an official MCA regional member, so a show of support from neighboring states would be nice. See: http://www.centralvamustang.com/events.php
In La Plata MD, theres the Southern MD Mustang Club's show. See: http://home.earthlink.net/~somdstangs/. I didn't go to the last one but it's tempting as it's much closer and I'm likely to know a few folks. I also like the fact you need to bring at least one non-perishable food item for charitable purposes--noble cause folks.
Finally, there's the showdown in Damascus. While it's open to all makes and models, and is held on a Chevy dealer's lot (!!), word has it this is a big one and lots of fun. http://www.goodneighborteam.com/icms/icms....=showevent&ROW=
I'm likely to go to either the second or third item on the list at this point. Hope to see some of you there.
