Hampton Roads Mustang meet
Hello everyone! Just wanted to see if anyone might be interested in meeting up to talk Mustangs and have a cerveza. Planning on getting together with Mackitraz at the Bier Garden on Friday night, around 7:30 and talk Mustang. The Bier Garden is in Portsmouth, so a fairly central location for those in the VA Beach/Norfolk/Chesapeake/Newport News area. Plus, they have over 300 beers to choose from.
I've seen a lot of nice Mustangs around, and I missed GOOTC, so looking to see if there is anyone interested in hanging out and talking about cars. Hope to see you there.

Good time tonight, bar was small, and a little warm, but good beer and good talking with Mackitraz. Nice parking lot close by to talk cars and stuff. Hopefully we'll meet again and have some more folks show up.

And yeah, Hatch's car is really nice, especially the part with the words "kenne bell" under the hood! And the rest is nice too... lol

Hey Mike, I'd like to get in touch with the folks of PME. I saw on the website that PME meets on the 4th Thurday of the month at Wynne Ford, but Thurdays don't work for me, do people get together any other time?

Just some history: we are still a relatively new club. It was started a few years ago as just a handful of us that got together to hang out. But, over the course of the years our founder/president developed it into what is now PME, with a sponsorship by Wynne Ford and a pretty impressive number of people on the mailing list.
What I recommend is that you register your email on the webpage. That should put you the mailing list for things that are going on in the club. In case you're wondering, I promise you that this will NOT put you on mailing lists for different companies/spam/etc. All it does is send your email address to the president of the club, who then puts it into his Peninsula Mustang mailing list.

Is Plaza Azteca on Jefferson in Newport News?
I put my email in, and started getting a few things. So hopefully I'll get a chance to meet some new folks. Most people I've talked to say that if you like the hobby, joining a club is one of the best things you can do to get more out of it.

Yep, that's the one (assuming you mean the corner of Denbigh and Jefferson)
Yes, joining a club is one of the best things you can do. You get to meet a lot of new people that share a common love as you. It's kind of like the message forums, but on a more personal level.
Hopefully I'll meet you at one of our outings.
