Anybody here from Chicago?? I've had my car since November and I've only seen one other one on the street...now I know its winter and all but cmon where is everybody??

 

I'm not from Chicago, but about 150 miles NE of you in Michigan.
I have seen a total of 2. Both GT's. And beleive me, I look for them.
It's a bummer.

 

I'm from Chicago, I just got mine February 25th. On the street, I've only seen one other one. The reason why I have not been out with mine alot is the weather has been nasty. This past Sunday was great, and I was out all day!!!!!!!

 

I'm in the far NW burbs (Lake in the Hills). I've had mine since November 11th and unfortunatly have to drive it even in weeks like this one. I have seen a few but not a lot between my house and Schaumburg where I work.

 

I am in the far north burbs, Round Lake. I should have mine soon, dealer said its being built this week and should have it in a few weeks, can't wait.

 

I live near Wrigley Field and I take the train to work because I work downtown. and when the weather is bad I use my fiance's Jeep. The weather is bad so I can't drive it now. If I did not have it the weather would probably be 90 degrees and sunny.

 

I am getting my car today. I live in the Suburbs of Chicago. I saw a Silver GT parked near Rush and State with the area between the taillights painted black a couple of weeks. The car also looked to have exhaust on it.

 

Chicago here. NW side. My GT has been spending most of the winter in the garage, except an occasional sunny day. I've had mine since November. I've seen several v6's one at Division and Central of all places, and only one other GT in Barrington on my way to the Volo museum.

 

here in jersey ive seen just a few. i was in a drought of seeing one on the road BUT I SEE ONE WHILE IM IN ONE TEST DRIVING (gt) i see one pass opposite fast lane of me. then i saw 1 sat and then sun. 3 days in a row. that was 2 weeks ago. nothing more

 

Yeah I hear you guys about the weather...Sunday I think, was just really to tease us about what we're missing lol

 

Iam also in Chicago, in wrigleyville have seen 2 V6's

 

Ordered mine 1/02/05. Live in arlington heights told sales to deliver it end of april .GT windveil blue adding white strips,custom rims,two-tone seats and some other upgrades

 

I'm in Buffalo Grove. Which dealer did you guys order from? I ordered at Wickstrom Ford in Barrington. Of course I ordered a Vert and I think most of you have/ordered a Coupe. When I went to order my Vert there were about 5 GT's on the lot ( I think 4 were sold) and a couple of v6's. I actually saw a Black GT Convertible last week sitting in a spot next to IHOP on BG road and Lake Cook. Made me jealous as heck. I wanted to hunt down the dude and find out which dealer he ordered from.

 

Like you guys I really haven't seen any GT's on the road. Just one Lime v6.

 

went to 5 dealers ordered it from golf mill niles saleguy was straight up the most mustangs on site was roesch elkgrove .I drive past there once a week .They have3 that I can see.Have not seen vert .yes ordered coupe.

I ordered mine from Victor Ford in Wauconda. If I wanted a Salene they had a few in stock when I ordered, but didn't have the cash for that, LOL
So far the guys at Victor have been great.
I also spoke with Sessler (wanted to charge above MSRP) and Woodfield (sales guy never called me back)
I am glad I went with Victor though, ordered Feb 8th already built last week and on its way.

 

I'm out in Algonquin, right by Lake in the Hills. I've had my car since Jan. 29th and drive it daily.

 

I am in Alsip, SW burbs. I have seen one grey GT in Chicago Ridge and one blue GT in the Beverly area. Mine was ordered 2-15 and was built 3-10. McCarthy Ford says GT should be here 3-21 I`ll believe it when I see it.
