I just moved to the Kansas City area and am looking to order an 06. Problem is, I don't know which dealerships to stay away from. If you've had a good experience with a KC dealership, please recommend it. Also, has anybody gotten a dealer to accept X-plan?

I am about 350 miles from KC and would be happy to order you a car.

Thanks Ed. I'd prefer to buy locally, just for the convenience of it. But I'll definitely keep you in mind if i can't find a reputable dealership in the area.

I'm outside KC and had great response with the Ford in Clinton and Warrensburg. Bothe dealt below MRSP. I went with the local guys and they have done me right so far.

I went through the Ford site using the "build and price". Have them email several dealers. They will get back with you pretty quick. Ask if they will come off MRSP as a start and go from there.

I did get the wife's ride from Jay Wolfe Honda in KC. They were good people, but they don't do Ford!

While I ordered my GT through overseas military car sales, it was delivered to Marcus Allen's Broadway Ford in KC. They were very friendly there and the car was prepped perfectly. I delt with the fleet manager, Mr Greg Lofton. I hope this helps.

I ordered my 05 from Dave Littleton Ford in Smithville (about 15 minutes north of KC). It was a fantastic deal and they are a top notice organization.
