Im from good ol' More-***....that's Morris. Not far from Joliet, Minooka, Plainfield etc. Live in Joliet for a long time. Nice and quiet here...and NO emissions!

 

Aurora here, unfortunately no longer a Mustang owner as of spring this year, but still a Ford owner. I did buy a 79 Fairmont about 3 months ago that will eventually get a 351 engine swap.

Hey Glenn, overall everything is going pretty well, it was a very busy summer for me. I'm trying to get my engine swap project going, need a motor first.

 

I grew up and went to high school in DeKalb. I miss it too... it was a nice little town to grow up in. I live in Alabama now.

Engine swap? Are you looking for a bone yard or a crate engine? I am about ready to start my kids 00gt after a rebuild I did. Cross yer fingers for me lol

 

I'm probably going to end up rebuilding a bone yard motor so that I can do it the way I want. It might be a while before the swap is done though, my budget is quite tight.

My fingers are crossed for ya, hope everything goes well with that project.

That's not ice Glenn, that's mother nature's way of protecting your car from all these dang Canadian geese. My car got bombeb twice the other day......not your typical bird crap on the windshield.

Hytk whats up with your user name? Could be snow on the way soon. Just started the process of removing the heads on my 2k. Just rebuilt the engine fired it up and had water leak out between the head and block. Don't know if I have the wrong head gasket or what.
