Calling all Michigan members
Anyone here plan on going to the 2013 st ignace car show? This will be my cars first road trip from Central lower Michigan. Also the big reason why I want to get the car on the schedule delivery date is this will be the forth car I have had to order, and I am sick of waiting and so I can polish her for a month, before we go.

I went to that show in 2009. Actually won the Kewadin Casino Cruise night for 1980 to 2009 cars. Loved the area, spent several days going to the island and both towns. St. Ignace is all owned by the locals downtown. Holiday inn etc. are all north about 1 mile from town. Lots of good family owned restaurants. The show itself is huge. Get there early like 4 or 5 am for a downtown spot. Judging is by votes. I saw a guy take a whole tab of ballots and start writing his car number down on each one right by the table with all the people running the show. When I pointed to the gentleman and asked is that legal, one of them throw a tab of ballots on the table and say here you go. I walked away and didn't even attend the awards afterwards.
But all in all it was a great time.
