Engine was oil starved. Bad pump? Ran nitrous, but not since last year.

I'm sure glad I caught this thread tonight. I totally forgot about this. The wife is going to be out of town tomorrow, so I'm definitely going to be there.

Tom, what time you planning on being there. I'm really interested in checking out your setup.

Anybody with the Whipple or Saleen setup plan on being there? I'm still continuously bouncing back and forth on which setup I want to go with when I pull the trigger.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

Me & 70MACH1OWNER will probably be arriving around 9am or shortly thereafter, depending on how good breakfast is LOL! I will need to leave around 12:30-1pm, but the entire event is 8-5.

I really can't tell you what all cars will be there, it depends on the weather. Last year it was pretty decent out, and there were alot of Mustangs ranging from stock to twin turbo setups, an '03 Cobra with like 600 rwhp, alot of old muscle cars, and even some halfass imports with nitrous. There was a mid '90s Firebird with nitrous- it blew up on the dyno! Literally, the oil that came out of that car looked as black as tar- I think it was completely neglected.

Anyway, anyone who can come, please do- Scott and I are coming rain or shine.

Tom

I remember talking to that guy that blew up his Firebird. I didn't see it happen, just the mess afterwards. Lot of nice cars last fall. I'm hoping we'll have a good turnout tomorrow.

I'm looking forward to seeing your Vortech setup.

Codeman: I believe it's $50 for 3 pulls.

See ya'll there.

I just checked the weather for tomorrow. If you're wife's anything like mine, she ain't gonna want to stand out in the rain, and listen to a bunch of gearheads talk about their cars.

Then again, if you're lucky, she's nothing like mine. Luckily, mine's out of town, so she has nothing to complain about.

It was definitely good to meet everyone. We had a lot of nice cars there today. The Brenspeed dyno days are always fun. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves cars.
