Warning to everyone in the O.C.

Just a warning to every one here in Orange County to stay away from American Bright works in Garden Grove .
I gave them a small part (a test) to have it powder coated they said it should be done in three days, I called and it wasn't done (ofcourse)
so long stoy short after three and a half month of "I haven't gotten it back" the owner finally admitted that they lost the part and if I wanted something else powder coated they would do it at a discount ..
(I said no thanks)

Good tip, thanks.

They should reimburse you for the part.

No replacement part (it wasn't any thing major) and I've learned not to try some one new with something important

They lost your part and then offered you a discount on the next piece?

That sounds like a good way to out of business _
