Hillbank in Irvine. Michael is very knowledgeable and patient to answer all my noob questions. I was stuck in I-5 traffic, got there 6:15-ish (they close at 5) and he waited for me! Anyways, I'm thrilled for my first tune!

 

Are they authorized ford racing? Does it void your warranty?

 

Hillbank is authorized for FRPP. It changes your powertrain warranty to 3/36 I believe from the standard 5/60. They are considered aftermarket parts

so, as long as the FRPP parts are not the cause of problem the powertrain should remain the same... yeah? Hmm.

 

Just don't go blowing a head or piston and you're probably fine hehe. Once you get that gt500 ab though you're gonna be revving the crap outta that coyote!

 

Yup, although I'm no expert. I do have it on good authority however that the FRPP tune is VERY SAFE. You should be fine.

For now I have plans that day, but you never know! I just may surprise you guys and make it out there. Sounds super fun

 

I'm going to a meet this Friday in Rowland heights in case any of you get bored lol. Its a KINOD meet mostly miatas but there's quite a few other cars from what I remember. I'm proof other cars show up. I'll see if I can get the address. Usually a fun turnout
