Got a new job in the Bay Area . . . So, naturally, we just drove from New York to Oakland! (Top down Mustang in the Rockies . . . no comparison!)

Now that we'll be living in Oakland/Berkeley, does anyone have suggestions for a good Ford shop? More specifically, a service department that you trust?

Never had service done there but the Ford Store in San Leandro is a top notch dealer, I would avoid Fremont Ford at all costs. They tried to bait and switch us on a car once, owner kicked us off the lot for trespassing when we objected to the extra $4k over the newspaper price.
