Come one, Come all you southwestern stangers! 2005stang.com and our friends here at TMS are having a get together/fun run this Saturday May 21st. The trip starts at Noon from the Safeway parking lot next to "Honey Banked Ham" at 51st Ave & Olive in Glendale.

The route is 207 miles long and takes us through just about every climate Zone in Arizona. We go up the back way to Prescott through Congress up the "White Spars" for some good twisty action. From Prescott we wind back down State route 169 and down I-17 to the 101 where we'll head east to our final destination at "Greasewood Flats" in North Scottsdale, a uniquely Arizona eating establishment.

So bring your Mustang and your Camera, and join us!

You have got to be kidding me. :bang: I'm going to a resort with my wife for our anniversary on the 21st. Any chance we can start to make this somewhat of a regular thing? Say every 3-6 months? I'd love to go.

Talking

That sounds fun. How long (time wise) of a trip do you plan on it being 66? I have to be somehwhere later that night, so I need to know. By the way, just two weekends ago, I almost made this exact trip. We went up to Prescott for mother's day. It was fun, until I got pulled over going through Dewey. Luckily, the officer just gave me a warning. He said that he starts giving tickets at 20 over, and I was only 18 over, so I was lucky. Later.

It "should" be a 4-5 hour trip. I just ran it yesterday morning and was at Greasewood Flats in 4 hours flat. Allow some more time for stopping, taking pictures and all that good stuff.

Hey, if you can't make the whole thing, that's cool too, you could split off when we get back into town of you need to get somewhere else, it's all good

Definately count me in! How many people do you expect to show up for this Tony? This should be awesome. This will be my first. Some nice windy roads sound good. So noon on Saturday @ 51st & Olive @ Safeway, right? Later, yall.

Yup, V6's are MORE than welcome! No GT elitism going on here, that's for sure. Bring the wife, the kids, the uncle's, the aunt's..... It's all good!

I'll be at the Safeway at 11:00am and will be hainging out until Noon, where we hopefully will start to get going

Looking forward to seeing everybody there!

There will be more runs for sure, so for those still waiting, you'll defineatly get a chance for sure.
