I had a gut feeling that this winter was going to be a real kick in the nuts. I think it was right after I handed over the keys to the 4 wheel drive.

Bob did you visit nurse ratchet? It's looks as if your head spinning visions have gone quiet.

Video was funny. It sound initially like it is real.

Boy would it be nice to be able to drive the GT again but I guess she'll stay tucked away for at least another week since they are predicting 8 inches of snow now. I have new exhaust and no way to enjoy it on the road.

I guess we should cancel the meeting on Saturday. What do you all think?

I love the hamock and the restraining order ...

Yep... I think unless the forecast changes, we should cancel.

To much bling to get out in 8" of snow.

Bob... With all that extra weight on your car, you shouldn't have a problem getting around...

It is not the extra weight, it is the shiny, glossy, flashy gleam reflecting off the ice......it just blinds people.

They're not backing off the forecast so; I hereby call for a postposition that the Club meeting to be postponed for tomorrow. Let us vote…. Remember this proposal must be ratified by the people for the people as an autonomous collective. Only elected representatives from the regional districts can vote as stated in section 32, part 85, and paragraph 7 in the clubs constitution. This policy prevents the inherent hypocrisy common to most governmental systems… eerr Clubs.

What say ye…

I second the motion for reschedule based on the aformantioned legal jargon.

It's already been done. I spoke with Randy today. It has been moved to next Saturday, the 27th at 11 am, assuming no weather problems.

1971 Plymouth hemi cuda went for $2,200,000. today at the auction in Scottsdale,

One of 11 built in 1971,

One of three with Hurst pistol grip shifter,

One of two with "VISTA BLUE" paint ?

First owner pulled engine and replaced it with a hopped up Plymouth engine and then went drag racing, put original engine back in.........300 miles on engine.

There is one floating around with that wild purple paint and one with that unusual green paint.......those two will go for more $$$$.

These 11 cudas are the most valuable old muscle cars out there.

has anyone read the cam install power numbers from the brenspeed site? This looks to me like somthing great. For around $1000.00 plus install cost you get a pretty good bang for your buck. This is one of the reasons that I have decided on the racer version CIA.

I'd really like to do the cam swap. I just don't want the rough idle. So I'd like to see these installed. I wouldn't mind a little cam lobe action. I just don't want it to be as pronouned as my Lightning.

BTW- Bama has the same comp cams for $30 cheaper.

This Saturdays weather does not look good...plus on top of the weather, sand, salt and major potholes all over the streets.

Been waiting for someone to break into the engine,

That idle sound is to live for...why go to all the effort for meek, normal sounding cams.

They're just calling rain right now. I'll drive the Lightning. There's no rule that says we have to drive the Stangs up there. Bob, you have an 2nd vehical don't you?

I love the sound too, but don't like alot of shake for something I'll drive alot.

The latest forecast says only 10% rain and no sleet and drizzly,

Check out the new info on the upcoming Bullitts.....400HP, Ford GT heads, Ford GT cam covers, bigger brakes, and Ford Racing is working on an updated suspension....some talk about Ford sending some Bullitts to Shelby and Shelby making GT350s out of them. That makes my heart beat a little harder.

Will be at the meeting in my Explorer,

Are Jeff's mods still on for Saturday ?
