Once you build a jig and do a couple it should be really easy to do.

 

The bussing are easy. You can get all sizes etc from Energy Suspension.

 

And the sphericals end bolt you can pick up at Lowes. For the the adjustability...

 

Well sounds like a good plan. What do you figure the materials cost would be? 50?? And sell for like 150 a pair. Cheaper than anyone else. even 175 might be a good price. and include shipping to the lower 48.
