I had my windows tinted at Auto Trim Design in Odessa, Tx. I told them the windows would scratch if they did not put channel liner on it, but, they assured me it would not scratch and if it did, the film had a lifetime warranty and they would redo it anyhow.

2 weeks later it's scratched. I make an appointment, come back in, and they want to charge me to have the tint redone on the fronts.

I find this an unacceptable way of doing business. Just a warning to everyone in the area.
