As of this morning, 08/30/2006, Chief Johnny Stanley of the Mountain Brook P.D. informs me that he now has 5 charger r/ts in his stable for Highway 280 / I-459 patrol usage.

And they have "confiscated" an '06 GT Stang (drug dealer) for their usage. Some poor drug dealer lost his car

Looks like 1990's are back.

Scott we just purchased 10 Hemi Chargers, they will be placed on the Interstates when they come in. Also the 2009 model Crown Vic will have atleast 300 HP.

Yes, I have almost sold out of my first batch just by word of mouth, but I will have some with me and the front of my car will be covered with it on the Friday Caravan.

 

Hey, think its possible to setup a photo shoot with one of the chargers sometime? I'd like to make some good shots just for computer wall-paper purposes, plus i have no doubt they will look sweet decked out.

Being this is Football weekend and MCA weekend- the cops are out in Force all over 459.....Just a heads up, don't show off till you get on the track.

 

Yeah. We found that out when the University of Hawaii football team came strolling into our hotel.
Starngely enough, other than the cops that were escorting our caravan, we didn't see not one copin B'ham.

 

I saw just one Friday afternoon getting onto 459 when I was going home. Good thing, cause brian and I were having a whose the boss meeting of the mustangs going up yesterday.
