I would have been UNDER the jail for thinking about doing something like that. that carwash(ok, the Taco bell next door) is where my troubles with the law began in July And Thursday was actually the first day I have ventured the courage to be back on that road since then.

Course the lack of cops on 459 made for fun times.

 

There wasn't a do-it-yourself wash there so we went down the road a couple of miles and found a GREAT one.

Yeah, the tent would have made the day much cooler!!!!!

I had a blast on the track saturday. It was fun getting to go that fast and not worry about getting arrested!!

Ah Come on- Thats why we left. I was too sissy to handle the heat. If I leave a mustang event due to heat, and I love heat- then its too hot.
And $2.50 a pop for coldwater, I went broke hydrating Friday.

Glad the police were otherwise occupied though

 

I saw you guys had put a small tent up friday... did they make you take it down? Thats crap, but out of our control

 

Yeah they said it was in the fire lane, but we could put it up on the grass. On the hill. But no spikes could be used

Maybe I am confused, but I thought Barber was in Jefferson County?
For obvious reasons, I despise Shelby So cops, and they were all over the park. What gives?

 

I was wondering that as well. Maybe they have a deal with Shelby Co. for thier LEO's just like the park has a deal with Bham FD for medical purposes.
