Passing Emissions in GA with an engine swap?
I'm looking into getting a New Edge Mustang and swapping out the 4.6L for either a crate motor or built block from a builder.
This may be an ignorant question, but would the new motor still be able to pass emissions?
I know cats need to be there and the ECU needs to give no errors. There would be no sniffer siince the car would be OBD II.
