Mustang and Ford Powered Roundup - Orlando Feb 24, 2007
I haven't seen a separate thread for this event yet, but is anyone going? This is usually a good show put on by the Mid Florida Mustang Club. Maybe a bunch of us can caravan over from the Tampa area like we did last year. Nothing like seeing a bunch of stangs rolling (haulin' butt) down the interstate together!
Here's the link for the club and event: http://www.midfloridamustangclub.com/

Great show. I'll be there too. Won there last two years with my Modded Merlot T-Bird. But now back to the fun life of Pounding shifts and burning tires. Gosh, I love this Stang!! She won't bring home a prize there, but it sure is a prize to drive there.

Will you be bringing the Bird as well? I've never have had the chance to inspect one close-up. It has the smaller mod motor (3.9L?) like the Lincoln LS, correct?

Correct 3.9. Mine was a "tad" modified. Not bringing her this time.
Oh my appologies to the MFMC group. That shot above was from the "Cruisers for Kids" show that they do in March at the same location.

PHIL (and Dave) - I am coin toss decision right now about going - especially with being up there again the next weekend for FFW
I have heard alot of good things about this show though so I am not ruling it out - will let you know!

It’s not the biggest show around for sure, but the weather is usually good and no one has to park in dirt!
Anyway, hope you can make it.

I understand. That’s quite a haul and when you throw in all of the stone chips and other potential Interstate perils, I guess I don’t blame you for wanting to keep FFII clean and safe whenever possible. Now Dave, on the other hand will probably call you a ***** again for not driving up!

Somebody on another site installed a plasma flow increaser and gained about 45 h.p. They have the dyno sheet to prove it. Bigger warp conduits didn't seem to make any difference. Like I've always said...It's not the size of your warp conduits, it's how fast your plasma flows.
Anyway, how about you MTAS Dave? Are you going to the Roundup on 02/24? Any caravan plans like last year?

Good News and Bad News
Good news: I'm not working on March 03 and will be able to go to the FFW in Orlando.
Bad news: I will not be able to go to the Roundup on Feb 24.
So many Mustang events, so little time...
