Anybody going to the track this weekend? If so which Track? I plan to go, it is always more fun when a group goes.

I am thinking about trying out Chilton Co on Friday night. Have you been there? I called and asked how good the track was hooking up, guy told me to be careful or it would tear my rear end up. I said, cool, that is the hook I am looking for.

 

I've never been, but i've heard its a good track for 1/8th mile. I've always ran 1/4 so I dont have much experience with the smaller places.

MMP has always been awesome hooking for me. Some friends had a track day on the 22nd of oct and quite a few cars broke their rear ends due to it hooking so well.

Bama Speedway out hwy 78 past Dora is under new ownership and Doug904 and Tacbear from this site go out there alot. They say its hooking very well now. Im gonna try and meet them out there sometime once I get the car going again.

 

I called and the message said Chilton Co is closed for the rest of the year. I guess we will go to Steele.

 

Chilton county is scary.
