Looking to get some 05s together..........anyone interested? I am NW of Orlando in Lake county, and have a new mineral grey GT . This car ROCKS !

 

Well once mine arrives, I'm definitely up for it. I grew up in Apopka but now live in Sanford so I'm not that far from ya. Just a quick trip down 46 to really feel the power of that 05

 

Likewise... once mine arrives (Jan or Feb... I hope). I'm in Winter Springs and go to Lake county every so often to visit family.

I saw a Legend Lime GT in Longwood the other day... the first GT I have seen on the road on this side of Orlando. I was wondering if it could be anyone who frequented this forum. <shrug> Looked preety sweet! B)

 

Just this morning, I saw my first GT in Lake Mary. It was a Satin Silver one.

 

Im over by ucf have torch red/red gt, spoiler delete.

 

Maybe we should turn this into a local support group meeting for those of us delayed in the queue. We can commiserate and drool over rickturbo's car.

I have a Torch Red V6 here in Orland,live down by the airport.Would love to see a bunch of new Mustangs in a bunch.

 

B) I live in Tampa but would like to join a gathering if one gets put together.

Since most of the respondees are near Orlando, let me make a suggestion: let's all join up at the Orlando Mustang Club show on Saturday, Feb. 26. We could request parking together and the 2005 cars are display only so there's no judging involved.

I wanted to go last year as a spectator, but wasn't able to make it. This year I will be there for sure!

 

I'll be attending that one too. It's a National show for the Mustang Club of America (MCA) so it will attract folks from all over the eastern USA. Likely there will be 400-500 Mustangs present.

It's held at the Fantasy of Flight attraction so there will be one or more P-51 Mustangs on hand as well. It's a real treat to see one of those Mustangs take off and land! I've been to this show before and it's well worth attending.

 

Tampa here as well and would like to caravan to the 18th Annual Mustang and Ford Roundup if a group from this area is game

I have a flyer that I got from the Ocala NPD Mustang Silver Springs show last weekend, that states the '05 vert is to be there ..............also a GT !! :worship:


BTW my '05 got A LOT of attention at the Ocala Silver Springs show last weekend, got to park on the elevated stage. About 10 '05s were there, it was a blast!

 

I'm in. I live in the Apopka area and drive a Redfire GT. Like to see ya'll at Waterford Lakes, then get 'em rounded up and meet in Polk City in April, too. Sitting here at the computer in the rainy weekend, itching to get out and see other 05's. Keep me posted please.

 

I think I may have seen you about a week ago. Ever drive around the Tuskawilla area? Maybe not... but it was the first Redfire GT I've seen in Orlando.

Anyways, I'll probably be at Waterford on the 26th. My car was built 5 days ahead of schedule. Unless there is major shipping delays, I'm pretty sure I'll have it by then.

 

Yeppir, That might have been me. Was over in that neighborhood at my daughter's house. I get over there a couple of times a month, when I'm lucky driving the GT. Great to hear you may get your car soon. You'll love it. That area is great to drive in. Keep you fingers crossed and catch ya later.

 

You won't be able to request parking for the show. However if you meet early and want to park together that can be aranged. All you have to do is line up together. Btw we have a car show this weekend at Donatos on lake underhill and alafaya if anyone is interested. its from 6-9 pm across from the entrance to waterford lakes.
