Appearing as a Hotwheels $uper Treasure Hunt this year (Calendar year 2015) in E cases. The '69 Boss 302.

There will be a regular version without rubber wheels and Spectraflame paint (As pictured a month or so ago).

Don't. It is not an exclusive. It'll be in all of the B cases of Hotwheels.
