Stripped and sprayed my 1:24 Boss 302 I bought. Wanted to have a die-cast as close as possible to my 2011 GT/CS, but no one makes one, so I had to make do. A few more touch-ups and I'll be happy. Sprayed with Ingot Silver.

The letters just signify which batch of cars are coming out for the year. A-Q, minus I and O because they look similar to 1 and 0. The hard thing to remember is that the HW year does not correspond with the calendar year. A cases start showing up an in October ish.
Q cases are what are supposed to be at the Kmart event next weekend.

I've picked up the Hostwheels and the Maisto versions, recently, and have to say I was impressed with both

I got my hands on one of the highly anticipated Hotwheels '15 Mustang GTs! A friend found them early in TN. Hotwheels did an awesome job! One thing I found in my scrutiny of the casting is the fact that the base is modeled after the convertible (extra bracing). Which can be one of two things. Hotwheels could have been given the CAD data early from Ford that was the convertible data. Or, Hotwheels could be planning the convertible version for the 2016 mainline list.
Compared to Maisto's attempt. Hotwheels wins hands down.

I got to my Kmart event on time and found four '15 Mustangs.
My alotted five cars from the first pick of the event.
Then I left the store with these.
Got this at a vendor during the car show I went to right after.

I got this one in today. I love it! Look for it at the Kmart Collector's event on November 8.
I loved the decos on this GT500 from the start, but once I found it out replicates a real 1:1 race car, the Hotwheels because awesome tenfold!
