More Finds at the stores...toys yes..
The acetone (or fingernail polish remover that contains acetone) seems to take more work/rubbing and it's more likely damage will occur. I have used both and the carb cleaner is far superior. I have experienced a lot of damage using acetone and getting impatient. But even some Hotwheels are very resistant to the carb cleaner (Mooneyes Chevelle wagon for one and some trucks, too).

Dang! Congrats!! I'm still anxiously awaiting the 5 pk!!! I want that Need For Speed Mustang in gold!!
Thanks Luke, I'm really pleased with it!
I just wish I had the skill to do modifications like this (the paint looks better than what comes as standard from Hotwheels!).
It would be cool to be able to get bespoke models made. I'd by this 1/18 Mach 1 tribute in a hearbeat!
