This morning was the Kmart Hotwheels Collector's event. I didn't get my number called. I was hesistant to go this morning due to a late night last night and snow this morning. But, I did and got the Mustangs I wanted. Plus two nice BMWs!

Nice pics. I went to our local K-Mart Hotwheels event this morning with my 9 year old son. Our number didn't get pulled either, but a father & daughter that were there both got their numbers called, and they were gracious enough to give us one of their unopened cases to go through (we had only taken one ticket in the interest of fairness). I found the Boss and both of those BMW's, but didn't see that black Super Snake or any other Mustangs in my case or the others I went through later. I did find the secret/super Treasure Hunt Challenger though, which was kinda cool.

Selling my die-cast collection!!!
So okay..........I'm considering selling ALL of my die-cast Mustangs. Most of them are 1:18 (and a few 1:24) and most do not have boxes, these are just my private collection for the past 8-10 yrs. They have been kept inside in a non-smoking home and are all in great condition.
I will post a list and prices soon, but just wanted to give y'all a heads up!! I will consider selling them as individuals, but I'd love to sell the whole collection if the price is right!!

I'm saving for a NEON sign!!

Few new additions
Christina and I went to Birmingham this past weekend for the World of Wheels Show and I picked up a few things there and from the local Toys-R-Us stores.

Got this '69 Boss 302 Hotwheels driven by George Follmer.
One thing to note is that in the tough economic times right now, they could have easily just used the same '70 casting and no one really would have cared. But, they actually did recast it as a '69 in the front. Though it does have the '70 taillights and the spoiler.
Also the base still says '70 Boss 302. Oh well.
and got this St. Patty's day Mustang at Kroger.
Found this at a toy show, a favorite of my childhood. A Yatming '66 coupe.
