I just got two of these today at the Hotwheels Collectors day. I had the one from eBay already as you all know.

I missed out on the HCD @ Kmart. Not that I would of gotten anything. In my town Hotwheels sell better than crack.

I noticed that the the two variations (chrome interior, black chassis and vice versa) have different paint colors on the body. The chrome interior cars are darker shades of red metallic. I'll have pics soon.

I have yet to find one in 3 different states, but since it is a new casting, I'm sure it will show up in greater numbers soon.

Anyone have any idea if this model will come out in a Zamac version?

Nice Wheel swap! Has anyone tried that with the co-molded wheels? I got the chrome interior version on Saturday, but I'm still looking for the black interior.

Scored 2 last night at the local Super K ...they must have gotten new shipment or somthing. I'm glad I know now to look for "006" on the package or I'd go insane checking through all those cars.

Question - how did you remove the wheels?, Is there any way to disa-assemble the body? I'd like to paint the interior to match the IUP and ICAP in my redfire.

Thank you, I did it quickly with a white label I setting around.
Here is one I repainted...

I drill out the rivets to take them apart and I use a soldering iron to melt the plastic taps holding wheels on.

what did you use as a donor for the real rider wheels? the offset looks perfect. I took one of mine apart but could only manage to use some almost perfect Maisto wheels. I wanted to keep the same size wheels all the way round. for realism.

I got two from the FFW at No Problem Raceway in Louisiana. They were giving them away if you filled out a Ford questionaire.
