I had my car dyno tuned the other day - mods include:
C&L CAI, 3.73 gears, Shaftmasters aluminum 4" driveshaft, J&M HotPart LCA's, tuned by Lidio at Alternative Auto in Chesterfield, Michigan for my new Zex with 75 shot:

Took it to the track yesterday and second pass hit a 13.939 at 99.02 mph (beating a Firebird whose friends said "it's just a V6" when we lined up)

2K05GT, while you may not like your dyno #'s, keep in mind that the dyno is a tuning aid. The real testament to a car's power and mods are timeslips from the track, and your 12.41 is awesome for a bolt-on GT!!!

Tom came to us with his 2007 Mustang GT with a Generation 2 Whipple Kit running the 3.625" upper pulley making just about 9lbs peak. When we custom tuned the car using SCT's Advantage III Level 4 Software, he left with over 470RWHP and almost 450RWTQ on 93 octane and an 88/89 degree day with 30% humidity!!!

All our numbers are SAE CORRECTED!

Just threw the Mustang on a Mustang dyno today. I don't have a printout because the printer was messed up. I didn't complain because I didn't pay for it. I have the Flowmaster A/T's, otherwise its completely stock manual with 91 in the tank.

283rwhp/286ft/lb tq.

I'm impressed!

Shawn came in today with his 2007 Mustang GT Manual all the way from Massachusetts. His car came completely stock except for 93 Octane and C&L Performance 95mm Racer Intake Assembly. When we got him dialed in, his car ran a smooth and consistent 294/313 in 95-98 Degree Weather! Reference line is set at 13.0 reading POST-catalytic converter, which will bring his actual air fuels down to an optimum 12.7-12.9. SAE CORRECTION!

Pittas came to us with a 2008 Mustang GT with 4.10:1 gears and a JLT Intake w/ a competing mail-order SCT tune. His car felt better, but still lacked some driveability and throttle response, as well as air fuel optimization and timing. We installed a 10lb Whipple Black HO Supercharger, and custom tuned the vehicle on our in-house Dynojet 224xLC. When we were done custom tuning the vehicle, it put down 471.92 RWHP and 458.20 RWTQ SAE Corrected on 93 Octane with 4.10:1 Ford Racing Gears on a nice 80 degree day! Stay tuned for a full bottom-end build and more boost!

Ken came to us with his 2006 Mustang GT complete with an Airaid intake (w/ insert) and SLP Loudmouth Axle-backs. He also had the addition of Steeda Underdrive Pulleys. On 93 Octane with SAE correction, we were able to pull just under 290RWHP and over 304RWTQ! We also tuned for throttle response and driveability! The difference between us and his original SCT competing tune was amazing when he left!

Matt came to us with his brand new beautiful 2009 Glass-back Manual Mustang GT with less than 2000 miles on the powertrain! He wanted to go forced induction, so we fitted him with a High Output Whipple Supercharger complete intercooled system! We also installed Ford Racing Ceramic shorty headers, Coast Aluminum Driveshaft, Steeda Billet Rear Lower Control Arms, Steeda Upper Control Arm, Thump-rrr Racing Billet Tensioner, Hurst Billet Shifter, Speed of Sound Pillar with Boost/Vacuum and Wideband Air Fuel Ratio as well as Prothane Motor Mounts! This motor was not full broken in, and should gain a few more horsepower after the internals are fully seated.

This car put out over 462 Rear Wheel Horsepower and 454 Rear Wheel Torque on 93 Octane and SAE CORRECTION!

Standard Corrected numbers were 475.95RWHP & 468.58RWTQ! We expect to see these numbers SAE after the motor is broken in!

Michael came to us with a 2007 Mustang GT equipped with a competing dyno tune. We fitted him with a Steeda Cold Air Induction system including the high flow inlet elbow to the throttle body. On our 93 octane "Street Race" tune, with no other modifications except for Axle-Back exhaust (FRPP Stingers), Michael put down over 287RWHP and 302RWTQ with an automatic transmission SAE Corrected! Standard (STD) corrected numbers were 295.88RWHP & 311.17RWTQ!

Just got back from Tillman and Chris managed to get 295rwhp and 312rwtq! That's up 8rwhp and 10rwtq just from adding the Prochamber midpipe!

I'll post up the dyno sheet tomorrow.

Ritchie came to us with his 2005 Mustang GT equipped with Long Tube JBA Headers w/ Catted H-Pipe, Comp Stage 4 Cams, 4.10:1 Gears, and 93 octane! We fitted his car with a GT500 fuel system as well as a Roush TVS 2300 Supercharger. With the car very detuned (13 degrees timing and 11.3ish air/fuel ratio) we kept this car to just under 490RWHP and 453RWTQ! Car makes over 500 Rear Wheel Horsepower Standard Corrected! We felt this to be the safe limit on the bottom end, due to the high boost pressures the Roush TVS supercharger system creates out of the box.

With a forged bottom end and a re-tune this car would EASILY make between 550-600 Rear Wheel Horsepower on 93 Octane! Keep in mind the 4.10 gears make the numbers read slighly lower!!

It's an animal, now!!! Over 400RWTQ at 2000RPM!

I forgot about this thread. Went to PSI Motorsports in Webster (Houston) and Patrick spent all afternoon and a couple of hours into the night dialing my car in on the dyno.

Car is a 2007 GT with a 5 speed manual
My mods include:
Saleen SC with 3.2" pulley (~11psi)
39# injectors
Autolite HTO plugs
GT500 dual fuel pumps
Saleen Extreme CAI with upgraded MAF
Upgraded Heat Exchanger
Mishimoto radiator
4.10 rear gears
Kooks LT headers, x-pipe with high flow cats
Borla Stingers
Steeda billet belt tensioner
200 amp PA alternator
K&N breathers
18" AM DD Bullitts

Stock items are the driveshaft and throttle body

479 rwhp, 459 rwtq

These numbers are not SAE corrected. It was a 90 degree day with high humidity, roughly 75%, and about as close to sea level as you can get.
