Are the cars actually on the lot or is that how much they've ordered in their allotment over the next several months that will be coming in, like they are doing at Galpin?

what they are probably doing is listing all the cars that they have vin numbers for that they are going to be getting in, this is what galpin is doing in L.A., they dont actually have all the cars at once, up to 10 at a time maybe, and if it is like how galpin is doing it then majority of those are already spoken for anyway. They are taking new orders and giving you the first one allocated that does not have a deposit on it and then sell your order when it gets in, makes them look like they have hundreds of them and helps them sell more. This could be what Villa ford is doing here.
Just called them.
They have a couple of V6's and no GT's at all.
The girl I spoke to was clueless.
I asked why they ordered over 150 of the exact same car (except color) and she didn't know. All are GT deluxe with dark charcoal cloth, spoiler delete, and Shaker 500.
Very strange. If I still lived in San Diego, I'd be driving up there once one of the white ones came in.

No deathdealer...in fact...all my friends and their parents have leather seats. Cloth is uncommon here (unless you have a rice rocket)....in "the oc".

What's wrong with having cloth seats in a stang here in SoCal?
I've got cloth in my 03. It's just cheaper to get than leather and also you don't burn your azz off in summer.

Maybe just to get them in the system and they update them as actual consumer orders come in?

If so, that's cutting it pretty close.
Not to mention it ties up a lot of OUR orders.
