You are absolutely right.
You know what? It doesn't make me different. I have some snakes-so I can't point fingers.I was mainly more surprised to see this car at a side of the road buy and pay here dealer than anything. What I originally thought was they had put all this dress up on to get people to come in. I was also wondering how wrecked and repaired it was being there, and why it wasn't for sale by owner or at a Ford dealer. I am still wondering all of the above- because these carlots are NOTORIOUS for buying stuff like my old alero and other POS' and passing them off as spectacular you must have vehicles.

Its yellow, It has Mach 1 stripes with mach 1 written correctly, it has vents and louvers-both yellow,and some sort of supercharged engine.

This "Mach 1" has been around for a couple of years, its an '05.
The paint and striping are very well done, so is the Vortec, The shaker scoop, and the rear lovers / real go-wing on the rear.

However it does have some issues.

The owner is asking $35,000.00 for it, he stays in Tailand. A friend of his is trying to sell it for him.
Car will be at Barbers this weekend.

I'd really like to see a mach 1 in the 2006 version or 2008 version for that matter.

 

I saw it!!! Came in just before us.(we had to come home to install the toys we bought and shower- its fuggin hot out there)

 

I plan to go to the show at Barber tomorrow. I haven't been before. Do they have vendors with alot of performance and apperance parts for sale at good prices?--sorry for my ignorance. If so i'll pick up some stuff and avoid the shipping costs.

For my mustang we got a brakelight decal(free), honeycomb decals($15) for the taillights and Hood pins from CDC(65).

For my husbands mustang we got
a lower and upper billett grill (225) and Sequentials for $100.

Lose the fog light bezels and I'd think it came out pretty well.

 

I think its lovely up close and in person.

 

I have a friend that bought an 05 V-6 an did lots of mods to the car including a supercharger, and now he's looking for GT bumpers (not sure about the fogs but he might be getting those also).
I was thinking that it probably would have been cheaper to buy a GT instead of buying a V-6 and spending money on the mods to make it fast.

But it's his car and his money so if he's happy that's all that matters.

 

There's a lime green 00? v-6 here in northeast CT that's sporting svt in the rear, cobra emblems on the side, an over-sized rear spoiler, etc. All those exterior mods and no go-fast goodies. What's the point of advertising something you can't back up? A 350z driver I know was all exited about his kill on a green cobra (afore mentioned). Had to burst his bubble and his pride with my 01 GT.

 

Being scared to haul in my car negates anything I have on it. Besides, everyone around here pretty much knows Eleanor, and knows what she is.

That "mach" is indeed for sale to anyone who wants to pay for it. The for sale sign and documentation were all in it this weekend.

OK, I stand corrected. Loose the bezels, the wierd thing going on in the lower bumper opening , and the whole 281 decal thingy... then it's ok.

I'd say pick between a ducktail or ricer wing first!

 

Aside from that awful graphic on the hood, the car is very nicely done without being over done IMO.

 

I just like the ducktail,hoodpins and rear honeycomb panel.
I guess its back down by me now that the show is over. It is definitely for sale.
