X-plan is available to Ford "partners". You may be a partner because of the company you work for, or an organization you belong to. You'll have to do some research.

I don't know of any magic website. Check with your company etc.. I'm a member of the DAV so that's how I get it.

Partner employees may use up to two PINs a year for eligible vehicles registered to themselves or their spouses.

Straight from fordpartners.com

Yes, make sure the PIN is registered to the person who will own the title of the car. I saw a note somewhere that the title cannot be transferred in less than 6 months after a person buys it with X-Plan.

No. If your brother works for an eligible customer, your brother and his wife are eligible. Nobody else in the family qualifies.

Well, then I am confused. My dad is retired from Goodyear, where he has an X-plan. He is able to get me a PIN number for my 05 Mustang. I thought that is why they call it Friends and Family. Isn't all immediate family (Parents, kids, step-family)?

I think it's actually Friends and Neighbors, where a Ford employee can give out 3 X-plans a year to friends. Otherwise, if you work for a partner, only you and your spouse can get it. Luckily I know of 4 Ford employees who could probably get me one for mine next summer.(If I can convince them )

All those companies can't be getting X-plan can they? If so, gonna go get a part time job at the 7-11 long enough to get a good deal.

Check with your employer's human resources dept., if your company provides products or services to Ford, you may be eligible for the Xplan price.
